Concern regarding the security around registering using the Admin credentials
When a customer enters their Admin credentials into the TernioSwitch registration form, it asks for both the Customer's ID and Password associated with the Contact Center's business unit. It is important to note that we do not see or store the user's password. This is passed directly to the Contact Center for authorization and to receive a security token. This security token is used to do the implementation of the business unit and the TernioSwitch mobile application.
We do not have access to these passwords, therefore we do not have access to the customer's data or business unit.
