Conferencing & Transferring a call to another agent on inContact- the proper sequence

After receiving an incoming call, the agent can look up another agent in the list and click on "Consult".  The other agent will accept the call.  

The proper sequence to use to transfer the call on the inContact platform is to click on "Conference" first, then "Transfer"

If you click on "Transfer" first, the call ends for the first agent and is disconnected from the other agent until they switch to "Available" and the call then comes in.

This sequencing is the same on the Max agent from the browser.
