International numbers and the TernioSwitch

International numbers and the TernioSwitch

It’s important to know that you need to enter a “+” sign before the international number for the Contact Center to route the numbers correctly.  This would apply to dialing out of the TernioSwitch, as well as how you enter your mobile number at the login page when you sign in.

For example, instead of dialing 00123456789123, enter +123456789123.

On an iPhone, to get the "+" symbol simple press and hold the "0" until the "+" symbol appears.  This should be similar on an Android.
