Ternio does not run pen tests. As we thoroughly reviewed the architecture of our system with Merck’s security teams, we’ve built our application in a way that relies on the Nice InContact system as well as the Microsoft Azure servers, both of which are extremely secure. We have provided, and can provide again, any of the Microsoft Azure security credentials or reports. Ternio’s system keeps all data encrypted both on these servers as well as on the mobile app, and even if someone was able to get into our system and somehow decrypt the data, since we do not have access to any admin, supervisor or agent passwords, the user ID’s that we do have do not pose a security risk by themselves.
