Finding your credentials for the

Central PLATFORM 

registration

IF YOU ALREADY KNOW YOUR API NAME AND APPLICATION SECRET,

THEN SKIP THIS SECTION AND GO TO “REGISTER”

NOTE: Before setting up  the Ternio Switch Application, you must be an administrator in an active Contact Center Business Unit.

Finding the API Name and Application Secret to Register the the Ternio Switch

Go to your Contact Center Account

1.  Login to your account (http://login.incontact.com/)

1. Click on “Reporting”

b.  Click on “ACD”

c.  Click on “ACD Configuration”, then “API Applications”

Now double click on an Application that will be used to register the Ternio Switch

Now copy the “Application Secret” and paste in registration field.

 (see next step “Registering”)

Next copy “Vender Name” and paste it in registration field titled “API Name”

Then copy “Application Name” and paste that in the registration field “API Name” AFTER placing an “@” after the “Vender Name”.

Note that the “API Name” is “Vender Name”@“Application Name”
