How do Address Books work on Ternio?

The Address Books on Ternio auto populate directly from the Contact Center Address Books, Skill lists and Agents.  Each company sets up and controls who has access to any of these listings.

Can an Address Book be assigned to a specific agent?  The answer is yes, and these settings will be controlled by the company's Admin on the contact center side.

Can a company upload in bulk to the Address Books?  The answer is yes.  They can be uploaded using a csv or Excel file by the company Admin.
