How do agent to agent consults work?
When you click "Agents" on the TernioSwitch you will see your list of agents. Each agent will show if they are available, on a call or unavailable. If an agent is available (showing a green light) and you want to consult with them, you simply click "Consult". The way consults work through the Contact Center is that the receiving agent must press the "Accept" button to receive the call. They will get a call on their mobile device and they also need to press the "Accept" button as well.
Some mobile devices have small screens, so be sure to scroll down if you can not see the "Accept" button.
