Implementation of the Ternio

Implementation of the Ternio

Getting a company set up with the Ternio is a very quick process.  Once a company has been setup with the Contact Center, they can simply provide a couple of credentials and be up and running after some backend testing.

Onboarding agents to use the Ternio is also a very quick process.  Each company can have one or more Ternio Admins who have access to the Ternio Admin Dashboard.  Here is where the Admin can add and remove users at any time.  They can add 1 or 1000 users with a couple of button clicks.
