Implementation of the TernioSwitch

Implementation of the TernioSwitch

Ternio does not charge any implementation fees.  There is only the MRC (Monthly recurring charge) which is on a month to month basis.  Ternio has set this up to be a simple, no risk opportunity for every company.

Getting a company set up with the TernioSwitch is a very quick process.  Once a company has been setup with the Contact Center, they can simply provide a couple of credentials and be up and running in minutes.

Onboarding agents to use the TernioSwitch is also a very quick process since the app has been built as a straight forward, user friendly, interface.
