Registering To Setup The TernioSwitch

See below for screenshots, but note that credentials need to be Admin credentials, not agent.

If agent credentials are used they should receive an error popup message.

If someone needs to re-register, they need to use a differnet email on the first form.

GETTING STARTED

REGISTERING

Go to https://five9.ternioswitch.com

Click on the “Start Here” button

Now just enter your Name, Email Address and Company Name.

Ternio will take this information and prepare the backend for you.  Shortly after registering, you will receive an email with a secure link to enter your admin credentials.

Once we have your company setup, you will receive a “Welcome” email guiding you back to https://five9.ternioswitch.com/ where you will login by clicking the Admin Login button.
