The Ternio mobile app uses 256-AES encryption.  All data sent from the app to our servers is encrypted and remains encrypted on our servers until needed.

As for your data that is stored on our servers, all call data remains between the customer and the contact center.  No call data passes through out servers or platform.

The TernioSwitch mobile app is integrated into the Contact Center platform with our data and processing occurring on Microsoft Azure servers both of which are GDPR compliant.
