SMS and MMS inbound and outbound on the TernioSwitch

SMS and MMS on the TernioSwitch on the inContact side is handled through the third party company Textel.  The TernioSwitch can handle incoming SMS as well as MMS through Textel.  

Outgoing SMS on the inConact side through Textel can be built using the "Launch" buttons.  Kevin Lingle from the Ternio team can explain how this is accomplished.
