Why does the TernioSwitch log me out when I'm set to one of our unavailable codes?

Unavailable codes set by your company admin for each unavailable code.

The main unavailable code is pre-set by the Contact Center platform at 120 minutes.

All of other company's custom unavailable codes have a maximum time setting that can be adjusted by your company admin from the backend.

What this means is that if you set your TernioSwitch app to the main unavailable code and leave, then after 120 minutes your will automatically get logged out.  The same is true with the unavailable codes set in your business unit.  That may be set for a short time or many hours, but this usually explains why you have been logged out without you doing that manually.
