What if I don't get any audio connection with the Ternio app on Five9?

PSTN is merely just a station type. in ADP (Agent Desktop Plus) you select either PSTN or Station (you would enter a Station ID for Station). If they are entering their phone number in ADP for PSTN, the call would be taken from their cell phone instead of over the softphone. 

There are no settings to turn PSTN on or off.
