Why are my agents not able to use the TernioF9 app once logged in?

New agents that have never used Five9 before need to follow these steps first: These new agents first need to login to Five9 on the web and open the Agent Desktop Plus (ADP) if they haven’t already. In this section, they need to go to the “Ready For” and select options such as Voice, VM, Text, etc. After completing this step, they can log out and sign into the TernioF9 mobile app. Completing this process is necessary to ensure the app functions correctly and activates the backend API that are required for our app to proceed. Please note this cannot be done through using the Five9 Salesforce Adapter, but must be done through a web browser on the agent’s phone.
