Why do I get logged out using an Android device? Battery optomization on Android

Keep Adaptive Battery & battery optimization off.


Android phones are set so that apps use your phone's battery only when you need them to.  Adaptive Battery and battery optimization settings for the Ternio app need to be turned off. These settings are on by default.

 The Android battery continuously learns your behaviors and optimizes itself based on your most recent app usage if the above is turned on. When you set up a new device or after a factory reset, optimization may take up a few weeks to take full effect, so if you happen to have this turned on, the logging out could occur after a couple of weeks.

Check that Adaptive Battery is off for your phone

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.
  2. Tap Battery And then Battery Saver.
  3. Tap Adaptive Battery And then Expand More .
  4. Turn off Use Adaptive Battery if it's turned on.

Turn off battery optimization for each app

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps And then See all apps.
  3. Choose your app. Then, tap Battery.
  4. Under "Manage battery usage," tap Unrestricted.
