Why do I get logged out using an Android device? Battery optomization on Android

Keep Adaptive Battery & battery optimization off.

Android phones are designed to use your battery only when necessary. By default, Adaptive Battery and battery optimization settings are enabled for apps like Ternio. These settings should be disabled for optimal performance.

When enabled, the Android battery system continuously learns from your usage patterns and adjusts power consumption based on recent app activity. If you’ve recently set up a new device or performed a factory reset, it can take a few weeks for these optimizations to fully take effect. As a result, if these settings are on, you may experience issues like being logged out after a couple of weeks.

Check that Adaptive Battery is off for your phone

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.
  2. Tap Battery And then Battery Saver.
  3. Tap Adaptive Battery And then Expand More .
  4. Turn off Use Adaptive Battery if it's turned on.

Turn off battery optimization for each app

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps And then See all apps.
  3. Choose your app. Then, tap Battery.
  4. Under "Manage battery usage," tap Unrestricted.
OR

To set Battery Optimization to Unrestricted, open the app and select "App info." Next, tap on "App Battery Usage," then select "Allow Background Usage." Finally, choose "Unrestricted."
