If you ever need to reset your password you can do so from the Contact Center login page on your computer. At the Login page, click on the Forgot Password option or your Administrator can reset the password from within the employee/agent section (see below).
Login to the Contact Center, then click on
ADMIN / USERS
then click USERS
then click on the user name
then click RESET PASSWORD
(this will send an email to them. They will need to log into the Contact Center to change from this temp password to one that they set. Then they can log into the TernioSwitch app)
